Why did I get charged multiple times on my credit card?
You may see a pending hold(s) on your credit card if you have attempted to pay online. This is common. Credit cards and banking institutions sometimes flag online cannabis transactions, leading to declines.
These holds are security measures by your bank and will be released automatically in a couple of days. You can also contact your bank to have them released immediately. Please note we have NO CONTROL over this process.

Orders placed after 4 PM MST will be shipped on the next business day.

Can I use a Canada Post FlexDelivery address?
Yes! Find your nearest post office for FlexDelivery and accept your package by showing valid ID at any Canada Post Office.
You will need to enter the first line of your FlexDelivery address, which starts with PO BOX 99900 and ends with your unique 8-character identifier. If you have any issues please reach out to us at [email protected].

If you haven’t received your package within 48 hours after the expected arrival date, please contact us at [email protected]. We will conduct a trace with Canada Post. If Canada Post is unable to locate your package, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
