Multiple orders are allowed, with each single transaction capped at 30 grams. These orders must be delivered to a dwelling, not curbside. What is considered a valid form of government-issued ID?

The following are valid forms of government-issued ID: Alberta Driver’s Licence or ID Card Passport Permanent Resident Card Secure Certificate of Indian Status Canadian Citizenship Card (if issued before February 2012)

No, we require a physical valid piece of identification.

Can I travel with cannabis?

Within Canada, you may travel with up to 30 grams of dried cannabis or its equivalent. However, it remains illegal to cross international borders with cannabis, including into the U.S., even if cannabis is legal in the destination.

Can I purchase cannabis online?

Yes, you can shop our pickup menu, same-day delivery, and mail-order marijuana options online. Ordering from licensed retailers is completely legal.

What is your return policy?

Return defective 510 or disposable vapes within 3 days with original packaging, receipt, and product. Unopened and undamaged cannabis products must be returned within 2 days. All accessory sales are final. Warranty issues for electronics must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All vehicles are discrete and have no mention of Dank.

Is curbside delivery allowed?

Yes! However, keep in mind that the delivery must take place outside of the vehicle. Our driver will meet you outside. Curbside delivery must not exceed 30g.

Can I get weed delivered to my hotel?

Why was my order canceled?

Your full legal name is required and must match the method of payment. If initials or a fake name is used, our system will automatically refund your order. Please note refunds can take up to 5 business days.

Do you require a physical ID and credit card for delivery?

Yes, we do require a physical ID and credit card for delivery. For security and compliance purposes, the ID and credit card must match. Our delivery driver will verify both your ID and payment card at the time of delivery to confirm your identity and complete the transaction.

Why did I get charged multiple times on my credit card?

You may see a pending hold(s) on your credit card if you have attempted to pay online. This is common. Credit cards and banking institutions sometimes flag online cannabis transactions, leading to declines. These holds are security measures by your bank and will be released automatically in a couple of days. You can also contact your bank to have them released immediately. Please note we have NO CONTROL over this process.

Is there a delivery fee?

Orders over $99 qualify for free delivery. Delivery fees can vary between $7.99 to $9.99 depending on the area. The minimum order is $50.

Is a Virtual Card Acceptable?

No we will require a PHYSICAL credit card for all deliveries.

Will I pay more for delivery versus in-store pricing for products?

No, delivery prices are the same as in-store. However, if you choose to order ahead for pick-up, you’ll enjoy 5% off regularly priced items on every order using the discount code ‘ONLINE’ at checkout. Cannot combine discounts.

What products are available for same-day weed delivery?

You will have access to the best menu in the game from the #1 Alberta dispensaries. We offer the largest selection of products available for delivery in Alberta, including top cannabis brands and exotic products not found at other dispensaries. We have something for everyone, including flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, THC drinks, CBD oil, concentrates, extracts, and more.

I went in for the first time a few days ago. Was asked for my ID and they scanned it without my consent. For what purpose?I've always complied with showing ID even though it's obvious I'm over 35 and representatives have always made me feel okay with it, "just gotta show we're checking ID for the cameras, haha." Yeah, no problem. But there was no communication here that the worker was going to SCAN my driver's license, my personal information...Absolutely ridiculous.(They were also obvoously high as hell And couldn't find their keys to open the display case either.)One visit was enough for me.
