We operate under the regulations set by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC), ensuring compliance with all provincial and federal laws. Our services include in-store sales, same-day delivery, and mail-order marijuana across Alberta, all conducted in accordance with legal requirements.
What is the legal age to purchase and consume cannabis?
In Alberta, you must be 18 years or older to legally purchase and consume cannabis products.
How much cannabis can I purchase at one time?
- In-Store: Purchases cannot exceed 30 grams of cannabis or equivalent per individual per visit.
- Delivery: Individual cannabis orders may not exceed 30 grams of dried cannabis or equivalent. Multiple orders are allowed, with each single transaction capped at 30 grams. These orders must be delivered to a dwelling, not curbside. Note that individuals may only legally possess up to 30 grams of cannabis in public.
What is considered a valid form of government-issued ID?
The following are valid forms of government-issued ID:

- Passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- Secure Certificate of Indian Status

What is your return policy?
Return defective 510 or disposable vapes within 3 days with original packaging, receipt, and product. Unopened and undamaged cannabis products must be returned within 2 days. All accessory sales are final. Warranty issues for electronics must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, join our Dank Club to earn points with each purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive products, and merchandise. Loyalty offers cannot be redeemed for delivery orders.

Are your vehicles branded?
All vehicles are discrete and have no mention of Dank.
Is curbside delivery allowed?
Yes! However, keep in mind that the delivery must take place outside of the vehicle. Our driver will meet you outside. Curbside delivery must not exceed 30g.

Do you require a physical ID and credit card for delivery?
Yes, we do require a physical ID and credit card for delivery. For security and compliance purposes, the ID and credit card must match. Our delivery driver will verify both your ID and payment card at the time of delivery to confirm your identity and complete the transaction.
Why did I get charged multiple times on my credit card?
You may see a pending hold(s) on your credit card if you have attempted to pay online. This is common. Credit cards and banking institutions sometimes flag online cannabis transactions, leading to declines.
These holds are security measures by your bank and will be released automatically in a couple of days. You can also contact your bank to have them released immediately. Please note we have NO CONTROL over this process.
Is there a delivery fee?
Orders over $99 qualify for free delivery. Delivery fees can vary between $7.99 to $9.99 depending on the area. The minimum order is $50.
Is a Virtual Card Acceptable?
No we will require a PHYSICAL credit card for all deliveries.
Will I pay more for delivery versus in-store pricing for products?
No, delivery prices are the same as in-store. However, if you choose to order ahead for pick-up, you’ll enjoy 5% off regularly priced items on every order using the discount code ‘ONLINE’ at checkout. Cannot combine discounts.
