Yes, we do require a physical ID and credit card for delivery. For security and compliance purposes, the ID and credit card must match. Our delivery driver will verify both your ID and payment card at the time of delivery to confirm your identity and complete the transaction.
Why did I get charged multiple times on my credit card?
You may see a pending hold(s) on your credit card if you have attempted to pay online. This is common. Credit cards and banking institutions sometimes flag online cannabis transactions, leading to declines.
These holds are security measures by your bank and will be released automatically in a couple of days. You can also contact your bank to have them released immediately. Please note we have NO CONTROL over this process.
Is there a delivery fee?
Orders over $99 qualify for free delivery. Delivery fees can vary between $7.99 to $9.99 depending on the area. The minimum order is $50.
Is a Virtual Card Acceptable?
No we will require a PHYSICAL credit card for all deliveries.
Will I pay more for delivery versus in-store pricing for products?
