What is considered a valid form of government-issued ID?

The following are valid forms of government-issued ID: Alberta Driver’s Licence or ID Card Passport Permanent Resident Card Secure Certificate of Indian Status Canadian Citizenship Card (if issued before February 2012)

No, we require a physical valid piece of identification.

Can I travel with cannabis?

Within Canada, you may travel with up to 30 grams of dried cannabis or its equivalent. However, it remains illegal to cross international borders with cannabis, including into the U.S., even if cannabis is legal in the destination.

Can I purchase cannabis online?

Yes, you can shop our pickup menu, same-day delivery, and mail-order marijuana options online. Ordering from licensed retailers is completely legal.

Is curbside delivery allowed?

Yes! However, keep in mind that the delivery must take place outside of the vehicle. Our driver will meet you outside. Curbside delivery must not exceed 30g.

Yes, we do require a physical ID and credit card for delivery. For security and compliance purposes, the ID and credit card must match. Our delivery driver will verify both your ID and payment card at the time of delivery to confirm your identity and complete the transaction.

Why did I get charged multiple times on my credit card?

You may see a pending hold(s) on your credit card if you have attempted to pay online. This is common. Credit cards and banking institutions sometimes flag online cannabis transactions, leading to declines. These holds are security measures by your bank and will be released automatically in a couple of days. You can also contact your bank to have them released immediately. Please note we have NO CONTROL over this process.

Is there a delivery fee?

Orders over $99 qualify for free delivery. Delivery fees can vary between $7.99 to $9.99 depending on the area. The minimum order is $50.

Is a Virtual Card Acceptable?

No we will require a PHYSICAL credit card for all deliveries.

Will I pay more for delivery versus in-store pricing for products?

No, delivery prices are the same as in-store. However, if you choose to order ahead for pick-up, you’ll enjoy 5% off regularly priced items on every order using the discount code ‘ONLINE’ at checkout. Cannot combine discounts.

What products are available for same-day weed delivery?

Usually my experiences at Dank are phenomenal and as such I started going there more regularly than ValueBuds which was my typical go to, now I'm not too sure that's going to continue. I asked for a battery, a preroll and a vape. Transaction completed, the battery wasn't rung up. I informed the cashier and he quickly charged me for one, I thought the price was a little high but brushed it off to their prices for batteries being higher than what I was used to. I waited for a receipt and the employee just kind of hesitated. I'm religious about grabbing my receipt anywhere else but everytime I've done it at Dank when I purchase a cartridge for instance (never had to buy a battery there) they've reminded me that when it's rung through on the account we don't need the receipt as long as we return in x number of days. Being that I had completed a transaction not 30 seconds earlier, I figured the employee would reuse the number as has happened in visits past if I decided to get something else at the last minute. After later confirming that the amount I was charged was incorrect I went in to talk with them and see what I was charged for through the account history. Well guess what, the account wasn't used, nor was I offered the receipt. The responsibility should not be placed on the customer to a) make sure the account info is entered for EVERY transaction, thats a basic function of customer service and b) ask for their receipt on an item that is known to result in returns from time to time. In my discussions with the employees working at the time, even though they were very polite there was no compromise offered for the unfortunate circumstances. No looking through the transaction history being that it was an employee error nor an offer to just gave me the item I had paid for and me returning the one I had asked for but was incorrectly charged for. I know that there was opportunity for me to avoid this but there is also for better training and generally improved customer service.

I went in for the first time a few days ago. Was asked for my ID and they scanned it without my consent. For what purpose?I've always complied with showing ID even though it's obvious I'm over 35 and representatives have always made me feel okay with it, "just gotta show we're checking ID for the cameras, haha." Yeah, no problem. But there was no communication here that the worker was going to SCAN my driver's license, my personal information...Absolutely ridiculous.(They were also obvoously high as hell And couldn't find their keys to open the display case either.)One visit was enough for me.

Drivers dont carry proper AGLC requirements 🙁 still!!!!Management screams unprofessionally at staff and lies about shifts yo get you in, then forces you to work 13 hr days.Update: No update on whether drivers have now finally started following AGLC requirements. Just a blanket copy pasta response that probably means we will continue to not care about legality. Lotsa new bad reviews about drivers tho!!
