5 ☆☆☆☆☆ goes to Shane - in combination of his customer service and his knowledge.Ever since Shane sadly moved on..This place has kinda gone down hill.1 out of every 5 staff member is actually acknowledged or at least familiar with where the product is located. So pretty much the manager and 1 other guy and the rest can be re trained or replaced tbh.The selection has gone is horrendous. Their used to be so much variety and options.I dunno man.It's been a long minute since I've come to this location..... and I live the down the street >.< ...

I used to a regular customer from this branch for delivery as the 26th Avenue branch is far from me. After order for months, the last order I did, they stole or misplaced a flower I ordered. After enquiring all they said was we have a video of the packaging, like that was proof enough. I told them it didn't mean nothing, one could make a video of it and redo it again without the specific package, the guy kept saying the same thing like he really doesn't care about the work he is doing.Trust me there are better stores out there than this, green spot or leaf life is a far better place to go to with their bud tenders always being advisable and with a good collection of well known strains whereas this store probably will have 2 to 3 decent strains, others are full of crap.I've been in Manitoba, Toronto, Quebec and finally Calgary and I can officially say I have never had any delivery missing but they managed to do it and did not even care to send a refund or even do any sort of inquiry or send the missing product back even though I even have an account with them.After their laclasture response I decided to never buy from Dank again. They might deliver unlike the other stores but they steal your products too and will never ever accept they made a mistake and just let you deal with your loss. The worst store in calgary by far. They lost a customer who would spend at least $300 a month. Green life or green spot is much better even though it's pick up. Even if you prefer dank, go for the 26th avenue one, their bud tenders are a class above and much better than this store.

I went in for the first time a few days ago. Was asked for my ID and they scanned it without my consent. For what purpose?I've always complied with showing ID even though it's obvious I'm over 35 and representatives have always made me feel okay with it, "just gotta show we're checking ID for the cameras, haha." Yeah, no problem. But there was no communication here that the worker was going to SCAN my driver's license, my personal information...Absolutely ridiculous.(They were also obvoously high as hell And couldn't find their keys to open the display case either.)One visit was enough for me.
