So, I can't walk very well. I sent my friend to go get me some stuff. They kicked him out for being on the phone. I've never had an issue with telling a store worker what I need, and my friend paying for it. But after today's incident, I'm never going back. The customer service was horrendous.

I had very good service from Will H. I wanted to roll a joint instead of using pre-rolls, and he was explaining to me how to use the rollers. We had detailed discussions about terpenes, the pro and cons of rolling your own vs the pre-rolls, and how much we enjoy the hemp paper for smoking. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with him, and he was patient, friendly, and helpful.
