First time purchasing from the store, I was quite shocked by the prices and in the best way possible. It's definitely one of the better priced pot shops around. Great selection, exceptional quality, and great knowledgeable service. The gentleman that served me was Dave and he did an exceptional job, he knew the product well and was willing to take the time to talk with me about it, which made the purchase much easier. I usually do same day delivery to the south west Calgary area and its incredibly fast every single time!Any time I've had any questions, they have a representative primed and ready to go within a built in feature on the website (Live Danktender), that is extremely easy to locate (bottom right), and the wait time to chat with someone has been under a minute for me every time I've needed to reach out about an order.Keep up the excellent service over there! This is a location that is 100% full of pride in quality of work and it shows!ALSO! I went in for the first time a few days ago. Was asked for my ID and they scanned it without my consent. For what purpose?I've always complied with showing ID even though it's obvious I'm over 35 and representatives have always made me feel okay with it, "just gotta show we're checking ID for the cameras, haha." Yeah, no problem. But there was no communication here that the worker was going to SCAN my driver's license, my personal information...Absolutely ridiculous.(They were also obvoously high as hell And couldn't find their keys to open the display case either.)One visit was enough for me.
