I know I've done a few of these but I have to just share my recent experience....Because I live an hour away from the city, whenever I'm in town I always leave purchasing enough to get me by until I'm back. Unfortunately this time I was disappointed when I got home because one of my packages was empty. I immediately called to the store and spoke to Brett. He said no worries keep all the packaging and receipt and I can get an exchange. The only problem was that I wouldn't be in town until the following week. Even though they're policy is with 48 hrs. He understood my situation and said he could do something for me. I didn't get back to the city until this week (almostv2 weeks after) and I went in, not expecting an exchange or refund. I just wanted to show them the empty product. Dave was helping me and not only he ALWAYS pick good weed for me but he also called Brad and they exchanged it for me.Not only their customer service is fantastic but the consideration and thoughtfulness is immaculate.Thank you to the crew for being so awesome!!

Was sold some of the worst cannabis I’ve ever smoked, definitely sceptical about what from this business is legit and not. Have tried multiple of their cartridges as well, majority of the carts I tried could definitely tell they were fakes and boof. Also don’t recommend the wrapping paper either, it was completely unusable Ive been rolling perfect joints for years now and this is a first. The paper was ripping apart with the lightest possible folds and rolls. The flower is also not great, honestly seems like its a year old or longer, the next time someone tells you legal dispensaries don’t sell boof their lying to you.The employees are nice though was decent service, just the worst quality bud I've smoked from a dispensary, I am also wondering why you have so many 5 star reviews when the quality is this bad, bots?

Besides having to use google to leave a review, the service was fantastic. Communication was great and product looks great as well. Thanks Dank!Adding on to last review, I used dank again but there is a glitch with some credit cards over$99. So on very short notice, via the live chat, they had me fixed up and a delivery on the way in no time. Under 90 minutes from call to delivered. Amazing service. Great quality. Highly recommend Dank. I found the delivery menu a bit overwhelming. It makes sense to overstate the things that were overstated to stoners but I thought I'd share.It's the easiest as far as weed delivery goes. I'm excited for the day a weed delivery app exists that can be compared to skip the dishes. Weed probably isn't popular enough but a man can dream.

We are visiting Calgary and really don’t know the area at all. We picked a cannabis store for delivery and were given a 2 hour time frame for it to be delivered. After waiting for 2 hours it wasn’t delivered and we were told that it would be delivered tomorrow at 2 with zero communication. We cancelled that order and decided to order from Dank. Not only was the communication (via text and email) excellent and thorough, the order was delivered early in the time frame and the fellow who dropped it off was super pleasant and professional. Very very impressed with these guys!

If I could give them a 10 star review I would. I placed the order at 1030pm expecting it to take long or them to wait until there was a couple to deliver at a time but 12 minutes later I got a text message saying my order was out for delivery and even better there was a link to track it so no waiting at the door staring out my blinds like a crazy lady. When it came the driver was amazing and the exchange was simple yet so professional. The selection is amazing they even have the larger packs of pre rolls you can’t find elsewhere and the quality was absolutely superb! Thank you for making this evening before a work trip significantly less stressful for me. Will definitely be purchasing again.
