- In-Store: Purchases cannot exceed 30 grams of cannabis or equivalent per individual per visit.
- Delivery: Individual cannabis orders may not exceed 30 grams of dried cannabis or equivalent. Multiple orders are allowed, with each single transaction capped at 30 grams. These orders must be delivered to a dwelling, not curbside. Note that individuals may only legally possess up to 30 grams of cannabis in public.

All accessory sales are final. Warranty issues for electronics must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Yes! However, keep in mind that the delivery must take place outside of the vehicle. Our driver will meet you outside. Curbside delivery must not exceed 30g.

Yes! We can deliver weed to your hotel in as little as ~45 minutes! We are fully endorsed by the AGLC and licensed to provide legal weed delivery to Calgary and all of Alberta. We accept EMT or credit card for payment options.

We require an adult 18 years or older with valid photo ID to release the delivery. We will attempt to contact you for redelivery during the next delivery slot. If we are unsuccessful, you will be notified to pick up your order at our dedicated delivery fulfillment location. We will hold your order for 48 hours. There are no refunds on delivery orders.

For safety and legal compliance, all cannabis deliveries must be handed directly to an adult 18 years or older with valid photo ID. If no one is available to accept the delivery, please contact us to reschedule or arrange a pick-up.

Yes, as long as they have valid government-issued ID and are of legal age.
Can my delivery be left at the door if I’m not available to receive it?

What payment methods do you accept for delivery?
We accept all major credit cards and EMT payments for delivery orders.
Why was my order canceled?
Your full legal name is required and must match the method of payment. If initials or a fake name is used, our system will automatically refund your order. Please note refunds can take up to 5 business days.
Do you require a physical ID and credit card for delivery?
Yes, we do require a physical ID and credit card for delivery. For security and compliance purposes, the ID and credit card must match. Our delivery driver will verify both your ID and payment card at the time of delivery to confirm your identity and complete the transaction.
Why did I get charged multiple times on my credit card?
You may see a pending hold(s) on your credit card if you have attempted to pay online. This is common. Credit cards and banking institutions sometimes flag online cannabis transactions, leading to declines.
These holds are security measures by your bank and will be released automatically in a couple of days. You can also contact your bank to have them released immediately. Please note we have NO CONTROL over this process.
Is there a delivery fee?
Orders over $99 qualify for free delivery. Delivery fees can vary between $7.99 to $9.99 depending on the area. The minimum order is $50.
Is a Virtual Card Acceptable?
No we will require a PHYSICAL credit card for all deliveries.
Will I pay more for delivery versus in-store pricing for products?
No, delivery prices are the same as in-store. However, if you choose to order ahead for pick-up, you’ll enjoy 5% off regularly priced items on every order using the discount code ‘ONLINE’ at checkout. Cannot combine discounts.
