Why did I get charged multiple times on my credit card?
You may see a pending hold(s) on your credit card if you have attempted to pay online. This is common. Credit cards and banking institutions sometimes flag online cannabis transactions, leading to declines.
These holds are security measures by your bank and will be released automatically in a couple of days. You can also contact your bank to have them released immediately. Please note we have NO CONTROL over this process.

Orders over $99 qualify for free delivery. Delivery fees can vary between $7.99 to $9.99 depending on the area. The minimum order is $50.
Is a Virtual Card Acceptable?
No we will require a PHYSICAL credit card for all deliveries.
Will I pay more for delivery versus in-store pricing for products?

What if I’m not home to receive the order?
If the item can’t be delivered, Canada Post will leave a Delivery Notice Card with the post office location and instructions on how to pick up your package. You’ll need to bring the Delivery Notice Card, government-issued photo ID, and sign for the package before it’s handed to you.
Will Canada Post check my ID?
Yes, for your first order, Canada Post will verify your ID. Subsequent orders will require only a signature.
Can someone else receive my cannabis delivery on my behalf?
No, the individual who placed the order must be the one to receive the package.
What if I haven’t received my package?
If you haven’t received your package within 48 hours after the expected arrival date, please contact us at [email protected]. We will conduct a trace with Canada Post. If Canada Post is unable to locate your package, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
