Yes, we do require a physical ID and credit card for delivery. For security and compliance purposes, the ID and credit card must match. Our delivery driver will verify both your ID and payment card at the time of delivery to confirm your identity and complete the transaction.
Why did I get charged multiple times on my credit card?
You may see a pending hold(s) on your credit card if you have attempted to pay online. This is common. Credit cards and banking institutions sometimes flag online cannabis transactions, leading to declines.
These holds are security measures by your bank and will be released automatically in a couple of days. You can also contact your bank to have them released immediately. Please note we have NO CONTROL over this process.
Is there a delivery fee?
Orders over $99 qualify for free delivery. Delivery fees can vary between $7.99 to $9.99 depending on the area. The minimum order is $50.
Is a Virtual Card Acceptable?
No we will require a PHYSICAL credit card for all deliveries.
Will I pay more for delivery versus in-store pricing for products?

Receiving & Identification
What identification is required upon delivery?
Canada Post will require Proof of Age before releasing your order, along with a signature.
What if I’m not home to receive the order?
If the item can’t be delivered, Canada Post will leave a Delivery Notice Card with the post office location and instructions on how to pick up your package. You’ll need to bring the Delivery Notice Card, government-issued photo ID, and sign for the package before it’s handed to you.
Will Canada Post check my ID?
Yes, for your first order, Canada Post will verify your ID. Subsequent orders will require only a signature.
Can someone else receive my cannabis delivery on my behalf?
No, the individual who placed the order must be the one to receive the package.
What if I haven’t received my package?
If you haven’t received your package within 48 hours after the expected arrival date, please contact us at [email protected]. We will conduct a trace with Canada Post. If Canada Post is unable to locate your package, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

How will my order be packaged?
All products are securely boxed and sealed in generic, unmarked mailers. Packages are shipped using our Alberta Ltd. company name, with no mention of Cannabis or Dank for maximum security and privacy. Canada Post will require Proof of Age and a signature upon delivery.
Is there free delivery available?
Yes, free delivery is available on all orders over $199. All other shipments incur a flat fee of $14.99 via Xpresspost.
Can I leave a tip for mail-order marijuana?
Yes! You can tip directly at checkout using the ‘Driver Tip’ option. Our team works hard to pick, pack, and ship your order.

Can I get a refund?
No refunds are available for online orders.
Why was my order canceled?
Your full legal name is required and must match the payment method. If initials or a fake name is used, our system will automatically cancel and refund the order. Refunds may take up to 5 business days.
Can I return or exchange products received via delivery?
If there is a defective product or a product was packaged incorrectly, we will assess returns on a case-by-case basis.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly, so cancellations or changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need assistance, and we will do our best to help.
