What if I placed my order after the delivery cut-off time?

As long as your order is placed before 11:00 PM, we will deliver it the same day! Orders after the cut-off will be delivered the next day. There are no refunds on delivery orders. How is cannabis packaged for delivery to ensure privacy?

All of our packaging is discrete.

Are your vehicles branded?

All vehicles are discrete and have no mention of Dank.

Is curbside delivery allowed?

Yes! However, keep in mind that the delivery must take place outside of the vehicle. Our driver will meet you outside. Curbside delivery must not exceed 30g.

Can I get weed delivered to my hotel?

Yes! We can deliver weed to your hotel in as little as ~45 minutes! We are fully endorsed by the AGLC and licensed to provide legal weed delivery to Calgary and all of Alberta. What if I'm not home to receive the delivery?

We require an adult 18 years or older with valid photo ID to release the delivery. We will attempt to contact you for redelivery during the next delivery slot. If we are unsuccessful, you will be notified to pick up your order at our dedicated delivery fulfillment location. We will hold your order for 48 hours. There are no refunds on delivery orders.

Can my delivery be left at the door if I’m not available to receive it?

For safety and legal compliance, all cannabis deliveries must be handed directly to an adult 18 years or older with valid photo ID. If no one is available to accept the delivery, please contact us to reschedule or arrange a pick-up.

What identification is required upon delivery?

An adult 18 years or older with valid photo ID must be present to receive the delivery. You must present a PHYSICAL credit card matching the name on the ID if a credit card is selected as the payment method.

Can someone else receive my cannabis delivery on my behalf?

Yes, as long as they have valid government-issued ID and are of legal age.

Can my delivery be left at the door if I’m not available to receive it?

We accept all major credit cards and EMT payments for delivery orders.

Why was my order canceled?

Your full legal name is required and must match the method of payment. If initials or a fake name is used, our system will automatically refund your order. Please note refunds can take up to 5 business days.

Do you require a physical ID and credit card for delivery?

Yes, we do require a physical ID and credit card for delivery. For security and compliance purposes, the ID and credit card must match. Our delivery driver will verify both your ID and payment card at the time of delivery to confirm your identity and complete the transaction.

Why did I get charged multiple times on my credit card?

You may see a pending hold(s) on your credit card if you have attempted to pay online. This is common. Credit cards and banking institutions sometimes flag online cannabis transactions, leading to declines. These holds are security measures by your bank and will be released automatically in a couple of days. You can also contact your bank to have them released immediately. Please note we have NO CONTROL over this process.

Is there a delivery fee?

Orders over $99 qualify for free delivery. Delivery fees can vary between $7.99 to $9.99 depending on the area. The minimum order is $50.

Is a Virtual Card Acceptable?

No we will require a PHYSICAL credit card for all deliveries.

Will I pay more for delivery versus in-store pricing for products?

No, delivery prices are the same as in-store. However, if you choose to order ahead for pick-up, you’ll enjoy 5% off regularly priced items on every order using the discount code ‘ONLINE’ at checkout. Cannot combine discounts.

What products are available for same-day weed delivery?

How much cannabis can I have delivered at one time?

Individual cannabis orders may not exceed 30 grams of dried cannabis or equivalent. However, you can place multiple orders with a maximum of 30 grams per single transaction. These orders cannot be curbside and must be delivered to a dwelling.

Can I tip the delivery driver?

Yes, you can tip during checkout or in cash upon delivery. All tips go directly to the driver.

Can I return or exchange products received via delivery?

If there is a defective product or a product that was packaged incorrectly, we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.

There are no refunds for online orders.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed, our team processes it quickly, so cancellations or changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need assistance, and we’ll do our best to help.
