Can I travel with cannabis?

All vehicles are discrete and have no mention of Dank.

Is curbside delivery allowed?

Yes! However, keep in mind that the delivery must take place outside of the vehicle. Our driver will meet you outside. Curbside delivery must not exceed 30g.

Can I get weed delivered to my hotel?

Yes, we do require a physical ID and credit card for delivery. For security and compliance purposes, the ID and credit card must match. Our delivery driver will verify both your ID and payment card at the time of delivery to confirm your identity and complete the transaction.

Why did I get charged multiple times on my credit card?

You may see a pending hold(s) on your credit card if you have attempted to pay online. This is common. Credit cards and banking institutions sometimes flag online cannabis transactions, leading to declines. These holds are security measures by your bank and will be released automatically in a couple of days. You can also contact your bank to have them released immediately. Please note we have NO CONTROL over this process.

Is there a delivery fee?

Orders over $99 qualify for free delivery. Delivery fees can vary between $7.99 to $9.99 depending on the area. The minimum order is $50.

Is a Virtual Card Acceptable?

No we will require a PHYSICAL credit card for all deliveries.

Will I pay more for delivery versus in-store pricing for products?

No, delivery prices are the same as in-store. However, if you choose to order ahead for pick-up, you’ll enjoy 5% off regularly priced items on every order using the discount code ‘ONLINE’ at checkout. Cannot combine discounts.

What products are available for same-day weed delivery?

I STILL continue to come here regularly and the delivery usage is incredibly quick - never more than an hour!UNLESSThere is a spot to leave a message about this order, "additional details" or something similar where you can leave a message for the delivery driver and others working there that maybe a specific time you'd like yours delivered by or after, sometimes I ask not to drop off until after 8:00pm when I'm done putting my kids to bed and please no doorbell - and every single time they've done just that!The drivers and all the people working there are beyond helpful! Kind, funny, regular rad people who will definitely be able to find you what your looking for, or help you decide which is it would be if you dont know otherwise they know and have a good variety of different pens, edibles, flower, pre rolled and capsules as well I believe - whatever your dealing with and have questions about what to get, they are spot on. All of these people are wonderful, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying out the Calgary delivery catalog or just going in person. You won't be disappointed - at this point it's been a year since I last commented on Dank in Ogden and it's gotten nothing but better!!! Love you guys!!!
