As per AGLC regulations (4.14.12), you must verify your ID to confirm that you are of legal age to purchase cannabis. You only have to do this one time, don’t worry we make it very easy! Yes, you will. Canada Post will require Proof of Age before they will release your order. A signature is also required.

All packages we send require Proof of Age and Signature thus there is a very unlikely chance of theft. If you have not received your package within 48 hours after the expected arrival date, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] We can do a trace with Canada Post who will then conduct an investigation.

If the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if Canada Post is unable to locate your package we will send you a replacement free of charge. We are not responsible for delays due to postal issues and wrong address/unit # given by customer.
